City Hotel - Prizren

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious with lots of windows and a large jacuzzi. The location was convenient and the staff were professional and friendly.

The only thing that could make the hotel breakfast better is if it started earlier than 8am.

New hotel with spacious rooms, modern, tasteful furniture. A big restaurant on the roof terrace with a great view of the surrounding mountains and the fortress is special.

Very attentive and polite staff, everyone was very helpful (incl. cleaning lady). The room is very clean, the whole hotel is modern. Very nice panoramic view from the roof terrace. The breakfast was super delicious, I recommend the crepes.

The hotel has a fantastic terrace restaurant, which offers a great view of the city. The double room was spacious, modern, and clean, with all necessary amenities.

The Wi-Fi isn't the strongest and can be difficult to access from the rooms. The lighting in the bathroom and room can be inadequate, making it difficult to work or apply make-up.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the center but away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I enjoyed delicious meals from the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The staff at City Hotel were really good too ensure we had a comfortable stay. One particular incident stood out when the battery for our electronic key was flat, but the receptionist, Shayla, quickly resolved the issue. The location of the hotel was also ideal, just a short walk to the center of town. The brand new and comfortable rooms added to the overall positive experience. Plus, the rooftop restaurant offered a great 360-degree view during breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Christmas at this hotel was an amazing experience! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They made us feel like family during our stay. the location was perfect for us as it was close to the conference center and restaurants in the heart of the city. the continental breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also appreciated the beautifully up-to-date rooms and the clean, spacious rooftop terrace where we spent many afternoons taking in the lovely view.

We had a great stay withvery comfy and tidy huge room and bathroom. The staff, especially the English-speaking guy at reception, were friendly and informative. This hotel is conveniently located near the center and the old bridge, just couple of minutes on foot. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing.
